I support and coach my clients to feel CALM and to make empowering changes within their hearts and in their lives.
I have been working the wellness industry for over 20 years, in private practice in Melbourne, Australia and online, over zoom to clients around the globe. I bring all of these qualifications and skills, along with my own lived experiences through grief, health issues, change and transition. My approach to life, wellbeing and and healing is integrative, with all my therapeutic modalities and expertise to support your whole wellbeing, in a truly compassionate way.
As a past long distance and marathon runner, and high achiever, I am familiar with placing pressure and expectation on myself, and a feeling of striving, succeeding, and wanting to always try so hard.
I used to thrive on being busy and doing so many things at once and identified with this, as my only version of success. Things have changed so much now, through my own lived experiences through grief, change and transition, living with a chronic health condition, and I have learnt ways to slow down, to overcome stress and anxiety in my own heart and life, and to find and know ways of being that truly support me.
I learnt ways to say no, to create compassionate boundaries, to put myself first and know how to support myself, to embrace self care as a natural of being, and to lean into so many tools and resources available to me, and within myself, to feel more calm and connected and confident in all areas of my life.
I re-defined what success and even wellbeing meant for me, and when I was able to lean into acceptance, self compassion and to gift myself grace in all aspects of myself and this life, then so much shifted and opened and I have a deep passion and desire to support others to the same.
I love the work I do supporting my clients, so much, and believe passionately and wholeheartedly in the beautiful and empowering changes that can come, with acknowledgement and compassionate support.
I know how it feels to receive compassionate support, and I know how life changing a compassionate and powerful conversation can be. I also know that some of us need a little extra support and to have someone we trust, who truly understands and feels what we are living with and going through.
