This topic close to my heart, having once been a chronic overthinker, and I have found so many helpful ways and tools to stop this for myself, and to feel so much more ease and calm. In this episode, I share some thoughts about beginnings, new starts, and the power of taking one step forward. As one action is often all it takes to switch us from feeling stuck, procrastinating in some way or feeling it's all too hard, and to build our own natural momentum to just get started. This is true for anything we set our minds and hearts to, and have a desire to make changes for ourselves - with health, life, career, business, relationships, making a big change or transition of some kind.
