In this episode, it's such a pleasure to share a conversation with my beautiful friend Lou, from Lunch Lady Lou. She's a delight in so many ways and it's wonderful to share her inspiring message here, around everything to do with cooking stress free, delicious meals, with simplicity and with joy. Lou inspires me greatly with her creativity, passion for cooking and teaching cooking in a fun and simple way, all of her recipes, cooking classes and online courses. She exudes enthusiasm and a zest for life, which is all very contagious and I honestly believe we all need a little, or a lot, of Lou in our lives. Cooking is for everyone, and learning to love cooking, 'celebrating the basics', and making conscious choices around healthy and wholesome food, is such a necessary part of embracing wellbeing. We talk about so many wonderful things in this very 'in the moment' conversation, which is unedited and recorded just as it all naturally flows. I know that by listening in, you'll feel not only inspired to get into the kitchen, but you'll see cooking in a new way that's simple and fun, and you'll want to check out all of what Lou shares and her delicious recipes too. I've included more about Lou below, with links to her website and her instagram page. A must visit! And if you'd like to continue a conversation with me, or to work with me, then you can contact me through my website at: https://www.katiejanewellness.com/
