I close this year with some words to share around kindness and self compassion, and to send my loving acknowledgment to all through this year, and all times of uncertainty and change. With my understanding and knowing of the deep connection between emotions and our physical bodies - how illness, pain and dis-ease can manifest - I share just a few ways to show kindness to yourself, and a loving kindness meditation to listen to, for support and to bring you ease and calm.
