In this episode, I talk about mindfulness in our every day, but also how we can support ourselves to find calm and ease with symptoms we may live with, and with pain. Mindfulness is a beautiful and supportive way to bring attention to the present moment, an awareness of being with what is, just right now. I encourage you to reflect on areas of your life where mindfulness will truly support you to live with more calm and ease, through challenges, changes or transitions. And how you can truly embrace this if you live with something challenging, a health condition, or pain. I also take you through a short mindfulness practice to support you.
