This episode was awesome! I listened to it this morning and then spent some precious time this afternoon washing my veggies, reviving a sourdough starter that's been in my fridge a while, and making fresh gluten free pasta for dinner tonight. Very grateful for this gorgeous perspective on slow living, and a reminder of what's possible right now with our plates!
