In this episode, I talk about 'taking the pressure off' and the importance of this as part of wellbeing. How letting go of any pressure, any expectations or outcomes, can allow us to feel and embody a sense of more calm and ease. And to lean into things that we love simply because they fill us, uplift us, and bring us joy. Doing things simply for the love of it, which I feel is even more important through any challenges, or times of uncertainty and change.
