In this episode, I share three ways that I find are profoundly supportive for times of overthinking, ruminating and worrying, where we can often create a lot of angst and anxiety for ourselves. This topic close to my heart, having once been a chronic overthinker, and I have found so many helpful ways and tools to stop this for myself, and to feel so much more ease and calm.
