In these 3 sessions, I can help you -
These times of uncertainty and lockdowns can feel very unsettling, and have a huge impact on our stress levels, anxiety, ability to focus and motivate ourselves, and impact our whole nervous systems and wellbeing. I know this, because I'm in Melbourne lockdown at the moment too, and not only from speaking to my clients and supporting others, I know that 'pandemic fatigue' feels very real.
I also know I wouldn't be coping as well as I am, if I didn't have ways to support myself, to find my own inner calm, to nourish myself in all the ways I need, to prioritise what's important to me, to have healthy boundaries, to practice self care, to have routines and practices that support me, to feel empowered and to trust in myself .. and I so desire this for you.
We talk a lot about shifting our mindsets in this self development space. All of which is so important, and so needed as part of mental health and wellbeing. But what I also see and feel a deep need for, right now, is true acknowledgement of the truth of your own lived experience and circumstances, a truly personal and unique way of supporting yourself during these times, with someone who understands alongside, guiding you to know healthy practices for yourself - someone to talk things through with, as well as practical support, to set you up in the best way to thrive during these times.
I've been working in mental health for 15 years now and in private practice and online, as a therapist, coach, meditation teacher, nutritionist and naturopath. Think of me as your 'one stop wellness shop' - where I can support you in a truly holistic way, to help you feel calm, connected within, and confident in yourself, in these days, and moving forward.
I know we are all busy and you might say, "Katie, I don't have time for this". And my answer is always - you must make time to invest in yourself and your mental wellbeing, more than ever. If you have time to invest in your business, you have time to invest in yourself. If you have time to be on social media, you have time to devote to supporting yourself. And it's about creating and making space for yourself to feel more calm, healthy and well - I don't think there's anything more important and we can all make time for this!

This is a special package of 3 x 60 minute sessions with me, over zoom for just $450.
(1:1 sessions with me usually start at $350, so this is a very special offer during this lockdown time).

3 x 60 minute sessions - these can can be weekly, or over 3 consecutive days (we can work out what suits you best, so you can commit to these sessions, and have my full support)
