How I can support you
I don't believe in a 'one size fits all' approach for any therapy or coaching support. We are all unique human beings, and we all have our own feelings and emotions, as well as lived experiences, which is why every single session or program, is truly personalised and tailored for you.
Especially when it comes to support through the really 'hard things', there is no structure of rule book that we can follow. We can draw from many therapy tools to support you, but grief, loss, and difficult life transitions ask for acknowledgement and compassion of how you feel, and a personalised approach to your own journey, here and now, and moving forward. Every client is different. Every lived experience is felt and experienced differently. I understand this, and will support you in the ways that you truly need.
Support Session
I suggest to most initial clients to book in a for a one on one support session. This is held for 90 minutes over zoom, wherever you are in the world, and we can talk together about booking in further sessions and how often we connect.

Listening Space - held every Thursday
I welcome you to join these sessions every week, wherever you are at, however you are feeling. These listening circles and sessions are held over zoom, and you are welcome to join and to just listen and 'be', or to join in with conversation when the timing feels right. I will usually open each session with a meditation, a beautiful piece of writing to share, some reflections and space for journaling, and then open space for conversations of questions. It is a time to just 'be' with others, and to have my support in whatever way that might be.
